Bowdoin College accepts both Early Decision and standard applications. Admission selection is a holistic process evaluating a student’s academic success, level of coursework challenge, teacher and counselor recommendations, community involvement, and overall academic potential.
A typical applicant is expected to have completed four years of study each in English, Mathematics, Social Science, Laboratory Science and a foreign language. Test scores are not necessary for application but must be submitted upon enrollment.
