Admissions Requirements
General Recommendations & Requirements for Admissions
In addition to the online application and application fee, prospective students are also required to submit the following information and documents:
- (1) At least two letters of recommendation from high school teachers.
- (2) Official high school transcripts.
- (3) Official school report and recommendation from a high school guidance counselor.
Although not required for admission consideration, College of the Atlantic admission staff does strongly recommend that candidates have a formal admission interview.
Because proof of academic performance is not always the sole indicator of a good fit for a COA program, prospective students are welcome to also submit portfolios.
