General Recommendations & Requirements for Admissions
Students who apply to Washington College can either submit the school’s application or the Common application. Applicants completing the latter must also send a registrar report from their secondary school.
Every applicant must submit an admission essay or personal statement. Applicants must submit SAT-I or ACT scores directly to the college. Students can also login to their account to complete and submit a test e-form. All students must submit one counselor recommendation. Applicants must send their official high school transcript.
A teacher recommendation is required for students who submit the Common Application, and suggested for all other students.
An activities sheet or resume is recommended for all applicants.
